4^TH STREET AND WOODLAND AVENUE ROUNDABOUT INSTALLATION

• Construction of the eastbound travel lanes and roundabout is in progress.
• Intermittent flagging operations at this intersection could cause delays of up to 20 minutes.
• Normal construction hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Effective August 12^th through late September work will take place on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, 24-hour operations will occur between August 28^th through late September, Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. to Saturday Morning 7:00 a.m.

Mesa Park Road is closed again and will remain closed through Phase 2 of construction. This closure has been extended through late September while construction of the following occurs:

• 4^th Street eastbound lanes and islands
• Southern portion of the roundabout

The project is anticipated to be completed by Fall of 2023.

ARROWCREEK PARKWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT

Beginning Tuesday 9/19, lane reductions approaching the Arrowcreek Parkway / S. Virginia Street intersection will be in place.  Expect delays.

The contractor is completing final activities including striping and signal work. Nighttime lane closures may be in place.

CALIFORNIA AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION-NEWLANDS CIRCLE TO ARLINGTON PROJECT

Paving has been completed and the contractor is completing final activities related to raising utilities, striping and landscaping.

HOLCOMB AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT

LAS BRISAS AND LOS ALTOS RESURFACING PROJECT

Work on Las Brisas Boulevard is ongoing, work on Los Altos Parkway is scheduled to start Friday, 09/15/2023. Drivers can anticpate lane closures and detours during construction. SNC will provide and maintain a minimum of one paved travel lane in each direction on Las Brisas Boulevard from Brittania Drive to McCarran Boulevard; one-way traffic from Brittania Drive to Robb Drive will be maintained throughout patching and mill and fill operations. One-way traffic will be in place on Los Altos Parkway. The project will maintain business access at all times.

ODDIE/WELLS PROJECT – PYRAMID WAY (SPARKS) TO I-80 WESTBOUND RAMPS (RENO)

Phase 1 – Pyramid Way to Sullivan Lane (Sparks):

• Construction completed.
• Minor punch item list work
• Lane closures on Pyramid Way and I Street the week of September 25^th through 29^th.

Phase 2 – Sullivan Lane (Sparks) to east of US 395 Ramps (Reno):

• Construction crews are working on the south side of Oddie Boulevard. Milling, roadbed modification and paving operations are expected in the next few weeks until the end of September.
• Intermittent half closures at Sullivan Lane, El Rancho Drive and Silverada Boulevard for paving the week of September 25^th through 29^th.
• Two-way traffic is expected to remain in place on the north side of Oddie Boulevard until approximate mid-October.

Phase 3 – east of US 395 Ramps to Sutro Street (Reno):

• Construction crews are working on the south side of Oddie Boulevard.
• Two way traffic on the north side of Oddie Boulevard.
• South side of Oddie Boulevard and Montello Street intersection is closed. Detours are in place.

Phase 4 – Sutro Street to I-80 Ramps (Reno):

• Ongoing underground work (storm drain installation and NVE relocation).
• Intermittent traffic lane shifts during construction hours.
