4TH STREET AND WOODLAND AVENUE ROUNDABOUT INSTALLATION

- Construction of the eastbound travel lanes and roundabout is in progress.
- Intermittent flagging operations at this intersection could cause delays of up to 20 minutes.
- Normal construction hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Effective August 12th through late September work will take place on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, 24-hour operations will occur between August 28th through late September, Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. to Saturday Morning 7:00 a.m.
Mesa Park Road is closed again and will remain closed through Phase 2 of construction. This closure has been extended through late September while construction of the following occurs:
- 4th Street eastbound lanes and islands
- Southern portion of the roundabout
The project is anticipated to be completed by Fall of 2023.

ARROWCREEK PARKWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT

The contractor is completing final activities including striping and signal work. Nighttime lane closures may be in place.
The second left turn lane at eastbound Arrowcreek Parkway to northbound Virginia Street will be opened once final striping and signal work in the intersection is complete.
CALIFORNIA AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION-NEWLANDS CIRCLE TO ARLINGTON PROJECT

Paving has been completed and the contractor is completing final activities related to raising utilities, striping and landscaping.
HOLCOMB AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT

LAS BRISAS AND LOS ALTOS RESURFACING PROJECT

Work on Las Brisas Boulevard is anticipated to start the week of September 5, 2023. Construction crews will start toward the west end of the project, near the Robb Drive and Las Brisas Boulevard intersection, and will maintain a minimum of (1) paved travel lane in each direction at all times.
ODDIE/WELLS PROJECT – PYRAMID WAY (SPARKS) TO I-80 WESTBOUND RAMPS (RENO)

Phase 1 – Pyramid Way to Sullivan Lane (Sparks):
- Construction completed. Road open with no restrictions.
Phase 2 – Sullivan Lane (Sparks) to east of US 395 Ramps (Reno):
- Construction crews are working on the south side of Oddie Boulevard. Milling, roadbed modification and paving operations are expected in the next few weeks until the end of September.
- Two-way traffic is expected to remain in place on the north side of Oddie Boulevard until approximate mid-October.
Phase 3 – east of US 395 Ramps to Sutro Street (Reno):
- Paving operations in place. US 395 ramp closures during night time only (9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.) from September 5th– 7th.
- Two-way traffic will remain in place on the south side of Oddie Boulevard until mid-September.
- The northern half of Oddie Boulevard and Montello Street intersection will be closed through Friday, September 29th. Detours are in place.
Phase 4 – Sutro Street to I-80 Ramps (Reno):
- Ongoing underground work (storm drain installation).
- Intermittent traffic lane shifts during construction hours.
