LAS BRISAS AND LOS ALTOS RESURFACING PROJECT

Work on Los Altos Parkway is ongoing. Drivers can anticipate lane closures and detours during construction. Business access will be maintained at all times.

Las Brisas Boulevard between Robb Drive and McCarran Boulevard
Robb Drive to McCarran Boulevard – Work on Las Brisas Boulevard (Brittania Drive to McCarran Boulevard) will resume in Spring 2024.

Los Altos Parkway between North Vista Boulevard and South Vista Boulevard
Contractor will be on site to complete minor work items throughout December 2023. Two-way traffic will be maintained.

ODDIE/WELLS PROJECT – PYRAMID WAY (SPARKS) TO I-80 WESTBOUND RAMPS (RENO)

Phase 1 – Pyramid Way to Sullivan Lane (Sparks):

Construction is complete. Minor punch item list work will take place.

Phase 2 – Sullivan Lane (Sparks) to east of US 395 Ramps (Reno):

Construction crews are removing/replacing concrete median.
Two-way traffic (one lane in each direction)
Intermittent lane shifts for median work.

Phase 3 – east of US 395 Ramps to Sutro Street (Reno):

Construction crews are removing/replacing concrete median.
NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN:
- Intermittent lane shifts for median work.
Two-way traffic (one lane in each direction)
Montello Street intersection will be OPEN before Thanksgiving. Traffic signal power shut down. Detours are in place.

Phase 4 – Sutro Street to I-80 Ramps (Reno):

Ongoing underground work.
Lane closures. One lane in each direction.

PYRAMID WAY AND NORTH MCCARRAN BOULEVARD FIBER CONNECTIVITY

The following nightly work will occur between 9:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., Sunday nights through Friday mornings.

Lane closures on Pyramid Way northbound between Nugget Avenue and C Street
Lane closure on the Interstate 80 eastbound off-ramp to Pyramid Way.
Periodic closures of Victorian Avenue on the east side of the Pyramid Way intersection; a signed detour will be provided.

In addition, shoulder and bike lane closures on North McCarran Boulevard westbound between North Rock Boulevard and Sullivan Lane during daytime hours.
