E PRATER WAY REHABILITATION

Construction in progress on E Prater Wy between McCarran Blvd and Sparks Blvd. The project is expected to take about six months to complete.

Two-way traffic continues within the construction zone, with one lane in each direction.

The RTC appreciates the community’s patience during the construction process.

 

SUN VALLEY BOULEVARD MULTI-MODAL IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE 1: 7TH AVE TO HIGHLAND RANCH PKWY

Construction in progress.  Crews currently working along the west side of Sun Valley Blvd.

  • 7th Ave and Middle Fork: one lane closure, two way traffic maintained. Expect delays.

 

TE SPOT 8 – PACKAGE 1

VIRGINIA STREET BUS RAPID TRANSIT EXTENSION

South Virginia Street:

  • Plumb Ln to Vassar St: two-way traffic with isolated shoulder and street parking closures to install project appurtenances.
  • Vassar St to Liberty St: traffic is reduced to southbound direction only.
    • Northbound through traffic is detoured at Holcomb Ave to Center St to Liberty St.
    • Northbound traffic can also use Mt Rose St to Plumas St to Liberty St.
  • Travelers with the final destination within the construction zone can utilize one of the many side streets from Holcomb Ave, Center St, Plumas St, or Haskell St; which include:
    • Pueblo St, Arroyo St, Vassar St, La Rue Ave, Martin St, Taylor St, Cheney St, St Lawrence Ave, Thoma St, California St, Moran St, and Stewart St.

Center Street/Mary Street at Virginia Street:

  • Roundabout work in this area requires closure of Mary St at Virginia St.  Detours will be in place.

North Virginia Street:

  • West Stadium Parking Garage to 8th St: traffic is reduced to one-lane in each direction.
  • 8th St: northern shoulder is closed between Center St and North Virginia St.
