VIRGINIA STREET BUS RAPID TRANSIT EXTENSION

Virginia Street:
• Mt Rose St/Holcomb Ave to Cheney St – traffic is reduced to southbound direction only. Traffic control will shift lanes throughout this section of Virginia St.
• Northbound through traffic is detoured at Holcomb Ave to Center St to Liberty St. Drivers can also use Mt Rose Street to northbound Haskell St to Martin St to Virginia St. Two-way traffic is available north of Cheney St.
• Northbound traffic with the final destination within the construction zone can utilize one of the many side streets from Holcomb Ave, Center St, or Haskell St; which include:

    • Pueblo St, Arroyo St, Caliente St, Vassar St, Taylor St, Cheney St, St Lawrence Ave, Moran St, and Stewart St.

Center Street and Mary Street at Virginia Street:
• ROAD CLOSURE: Work in this area will require closure of either Center St or Mary St at Virginia St. During limited instances, both streets may be closed at the same time.
• Detours will be in place.
