Do I need to create an account?
Yes, a user profile is required for your order to be processed. By creating an account, you will save time placing future orders and be able to view your order history.

Is my personal information secure?
We collect personal data only if you buy from us online. We only use this information for fulfilling your orders. For more information please read our Privacy Statement.

When will I receive my passes?
All orders will be processed and mailed within three (3) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the day RTC receives the validated order. All passes will be sent via United States Postal Service. RTC assumes no responsibility for items lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed in the mail.

Can I place a large order?
Orders valued at $140 or more will be sent via United States Postal Service certified mail and will require a signature for delivery. You may have your order sent to your work address if no one will be available at your residence to sign for the order. The post office will make three (3) delivery attempts, and after ten (10) days if delivery cannot be made, the order will be sent back to the local post office. If the order is not claimed after fourteen (14) days, it will be returned to RTC. RTC assumes no responsibility for items returned, or for receipt and signature by an individual at the authorized address.

Can anyone order passes?
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. Riders using reduced fare passes (youth, senior, disabled) will be asked to show special ID when boarding. Visit any of the following locations to obtain your free reduced fare ID card: RTC CITICENTER (4th and Center streets, downtown Reno), RTC CENTENNIAL PLAZA (Victorian Avenue and 15th Street, downtown Sparks), RTC Administration (2050 Villanova Drive, Route 14A), or RTC ACCESS office (600 Sutro, Routes 5 and 15). Applications are available online.

Can I return the passes?
All passes and ticket books are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable.

How much is shipping?
Handling and postage costs are calculated based on the weight of the passes you order and United States Postal Service first class mail rates.
