Applications for TA will be accepted until June 12, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.
The RTC administers the Transportation Alternatives (TA) Set-Aside Program for the RTC Metropolitan Planning area. This Call for Projects notification is for unspent funding for Federal Fiscal Year 2019 in the amount of $136,000. Agencies eligible to receive TA Set-Aside funds include local governments, natural resources or public land agencies, school districts Tribal governments and nonprofit entities responsible for the administration of local transportation safety programs as identified in federal guidelines. Eligible sponsors may submit one application per funding year. The TA Set-Aside guidance was approved by the RTC Board on July 15, 2016, as well as an application form, and are available on the RTC website. Applicants will also be required to provide a detailed cost estimate.
