The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County, Nevada, will receive and evaluate proposals from private intercity or charter transportation operators to lease and operate space at Centennial Plaza in downtown Sparks, Nevada. There are two types of spaces available: (1) exterior bus bays for intercity transit or charter services, and (2) interior retail space for ticket sales.

Letters of interest (proposals) will be accepted until September 14, 2018, and then evaluated and selected on the basis of best value to RTC. Proposals may be accepted after September 14, 2018, if there is available space after the conclusion of this initial proposal process, and would then be evaluated as received. RTC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Any proposed lease arising out of this solicitation is subject to the approval of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) prior to execution.
