UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (UPWP)

The UPWP describes transportation related planning activities scheduled in the Washoe County area. These activities will be undertaken by the RTC utilizing the annual federal allocations from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) as well as state and local funds.
