This document provides guidance on the CMAQ project selection process to better explain how CMAQ funds are prioritized and programmed.  This document identifies eligible uses of CMAQ funds, references past RTC projects that have utilized these funds, describes the projects selection process for all RTC projects, and outlines reporting guidelines for the programming of projects utilizing CMAQ funds.
