PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Rehabilitation and/or reconstruction the following streets:
• Sierra Highlands Drive from the NDOT R/W on McCarran Boulevard  to Idlebury Way
• Colbert Drive from Longley Lane to 300 feet northwest of Longley Lane
• Hammill Lane from Kietzke Lane to the eastern terminus
• Ralston Street from University Terrace to Eleventh Street
• Ohm Place from Mill Street to 500 feet south

Construction work may include removal and replacement of the roadway structural section, mill and fill, sidewalk, curb and replacement as necessary, correction of localized drainage deficiencies, reconstruction of existing handicapped ramps, reconstruction of driveways, and other incidentals necessary for the rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of the street segments within the Project limits.

Construction is underway on Ralston Street and Ohms Place. Traffic Controls will be in place. Please use extra caution in the construction zone. This is a 70 working day construction contract. Completion is expected November 2019.

For the safety of you and your vehicle, parking on the street will be prohibited within the Ralston Street construction zone from 7 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday from August 5 through October 1.

During construction, we will also provide access for trash pickup on Tuesdays.  Please place your Green Waste cans out on Tuesday for pickup.  For additional street parking, a nearby side street must be used; please adhere to the “no parking” restrictions.
