The NCE design team is working through preliminary design of the project.  Horizontal layout, grading, roadway rehabilitation options, and identifying utility conflicts is ongoing.  A 30% Design Review meeting was held on April 1, 2020, and the preferred conceptual alternative at the Mayberry/California intersection has been determined.

Due to the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, we are unable to hold an in-person public informational meeting.  In its place, we are providing a Virtual Project Presentation where the public can learn about the project and submit questions and comments.
