Rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of Prater Way from Howard Drive to Sparks Blvd.  Construction work may include removal and replacement of the roadway structural section, mill and fill, sidewalk and curb and gutter replacement as necessary, correction of localized drainage deficiencies, reconstruction of existing curb ramps, reconstruction of driveways, replacement of sanitary sewer infrastructure, and other incidentals necessary for the rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of the street within the Project limits.

Spanish Springs Construction has completed all underground work on E. Prater Way. Approximately 2,000 lineal feet of sewer, 15,000 square feet of sidewalk, and 3,000 lineal feet of curb and gutter have been replaced. In addition almost one mile of new conduit has been installed for Sparks Police Department Communications. All concrete work and the bottom section of roadway pavement has been completed on the north side of the roadway. Traffic has been switched to the north side of E. Prater Way so work on the south side can begin. Construction of the Project is anticipated to be complete by early October.
