The project includes the re-striping and conversion of Kuenzli Street from the current one-way configuration, to a two-way street. The work is part of the pavement maintenance program.

  2. The two-way conversion of Kuenzli Street from Giroux St to either Kirman Ave or Wells Ave (dependent of traffic analysis/study)
  3. The signal removal at Kuenzli Street and Locust Street
  4. General pavement Maintenance on Kirman Avenue from E 2nd St to just south of the Truckee River Bridge (south of Commercial St)

Project is moving towards 100% design review. Project advertisement expected mid-July. It has been determined that two-way road configuration will be between Kirman Avenue and Giroux Street along Kuenzli Street. The traffic signal at Kuenzli Street will be removed.
