RRIF Credits

RRIF Credits are a substitute method of payment for assessed road impact fees, awarded for a variety of concessions, including mandatory, required, or voluntary right-of-way dedications and construction of RRIF Capital Improvements, and denominated in terms of VMT. RRIF Credits may be used by the Developer of Record or may be transferred to a third party.
