Seniors

More and more seniors use public transit than ever before. On RTC RIDE, seniors and people with disabilities make up 32% of all passenger trips. In light of today's high gas prices, riders discover that using public transit in the Truckee Meadows offers real savings and convenience. Riders born before January 1, 1950 enjoy discounted fares. Savvy seniors use public transit! RTC RIDE is safe, affordable and easy to use.

Have you thought of taking a trip on RTC RIDE, and want to learn more? We would be happy to come to your location for a free group presentation. Contact the RTC marketing department at 775-348-8990 for more information. The RTC often works with the City of Reno to outreach to senior residents.
